We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news — renovations have officially begun at our new Humanitarian Aid Center in Haifa!
Just a few weeks ago, this space was an empty storefront filled only with prayers and dreams. Today, it’s alive with the sound of hammers, paint rollers, and laughter as our team works to prepare every corner. Soon, it will be ready to welcome families from across Haifa — a city where Arabs and Jews live side by side, and where so many are still searching for hope and healing.
This new center is much more than a building.
It’s a step of faith and a beacon of light — a place where the love of Jesus will meet people right where they are, through practical help, kindness, and prayer.
Preparing a Place of Hope
Haifa has faced great challenges in the past year. Many local families — Jewish, Arab, and immigrant — are still recovering from the war, financial struggles, and emotional pain. In this season, God has opened a door for Home of Jesus the King Church to bring light into their darkness.
As we renovate this space, we’re praying that every wall, every shelf, every table, and every smile will carry His presence. We want people who walk through these doors to feel that they are seen, loved, and valued — not as recipients of charity, but as children of God.
This will soon become a place where families find food and warmth, where volunteers pray with the hurting, and where reconciliation takes root between Arabs and Jews through simple acts of compassion.
Looking Ahead
We’re working with joy and expectation to have the center ready in time for our December outreaches — when hundreds of families will come to receive Christmas and Hanukkah blessings, food boxes, and gifts for their children.
