We were contacted by the mayor of Nof HaGalil, Ronen Plot, to ask for our aid in welcoming and aiding Ukrainian refugees arriving this week in Nof Ha-Galil, the neighboring town of Nazareth. They will specifically be in need of toiletries for day-to-day living, as well as baby products.

A total of 120 families will be arriving this week with nothing but the clothes on their backs. We stand with these dear ones, and we are ready to help them in any way we can, and to show them the love of Jesus with all of our hearts.

Our team at Home of Jesus the King Church prepared tens of boxes containing essential toiletry products like shower-gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. In addition we also prepared baby blankets, food boxes, and cutlery, as they will definitely be in need of these types of things as they start their new lives in Israel.

We are also planning to send another 20 boxes of food, 100 pairs of kids sport shoes, as well 100 school backpacks to aid the children who will be starting their new school careers in Israel. The mayor of Nof HaGalil was so thankful and asked us to send his thanks to all our Christian friends from around the world.

We are absolutely motivated and passionate to help these precious refugees from Ukraine, but we can’t do it alone. I would like to ask you to please consider standing with us in helping these refugees who have lost everything. Together we can provide them with support, comfort, and the knowledge that they are not alone. Any amount, big or small, that you sow into this project will make an impact.

Please also email me at rev.saleem@homejtk.org to specify that you would like your donation to go towards our Ukrainian refugee project.

Thank you so much! May God bless you for reaching out a helping hand to these Ukrainian refugees in their time of need.
