We were honored to welcome Mayor Ronen Plot of Nof HaGalil, along with his team, to Home of Jesus the King Church in Nazareth this past week.
Nof HaGalil, our neighboring Jewish town, has faced many challenges recently, with an influx of new Jewish immigrants who are in need of aid. Mayor Ronen’s visit was a beautiful reminder of the friendship and unity that God is fostering between our communities.
Mayor Plot came to express his gratitude and receive a shipment of aid destined for needy Jewish families in Nof HaGalil. The care packages that we prepared for the families of Nof HaGalil form part of our Christmas Outreach Project, to bless Jewish and Arab families in need, and to declare to them that “Jesus is the Reason for the Season.”
This moment was more than just a transfer of supplies—it was a powerful demonstration of the reconciliation and love that Jesus has made possible through the work of our church. Everybody whom we’re able to help, through God’s grace and the generosity of our partners like you, see the love of Jesus in action and get a touch from Heaven, having their hearts changed in the process.
The relationship we share with Nof HaGalil is a testimony to God’s grace and a reflection of His heart for unity. In a region often marked by division, we are witnessing bridges being built between Jewish and Christian communities, all for His glory.
