Yet behind the lights and music, there are many families who are struggling — parents who can’t afford gifts, or even a special meal to mark the holiday. This year, more than ever, people in our communities are longing for hope.
At Home of Jesus the King Church, we believe that hope doesn’t always come in grand gestures — sometimes it arrives in a small box, a simple meal, or a gift wrapped with love. Each one is a seed, and when it’s placed in God’s hands, that seed can grow into something life-changing.
Christmas Parade Gift Boxes
The Nazareth Christmas Parade is one of the most joyful events of the year. Streets fill with laughter, music, and the wonder of children who gather from both Arab and Jewish families.
This year, our team will hand out 4,000 gift boxes, each one filled with a toy, sweets, and a message about the greatest gift of all — Jesus Himself.
Each box costs just $9, yet it carries something priceless: joy, dignity, and a reminder that God sees and loves every child.
Your gift — whether one box or many — becomes a moment of joy that God can use to touch a young heart.
Christmas Food Boxes
While children celebrate, many parents quietly wonder how they’ll feed their families this season. Through our Christmas Food Boxes, we want to change that and distribute 500 special Christmas food boxes to families in need.
Each box costs $50 and provides all the essentials for a family to enjoy a festive meal together. But it’s more than food — it’s a message of compassion that says, You’re not alone. God cares for you.
Every box given is a seed of love that God can use to restore hope and dignity to a home.
Hanukkah Gifts for Israeli Children
Hanukkah — the Festival of Lights — celebrates God’s faithfulness and the miracle of light that never went out. This year, we’ll bless 500 children across Nazareth, Haifa, and the Galilee with small but meaningful gifts.
Each Hanukkah gift costs just $5.50, yet shines brightly as a symbol of hope and unity between Jewish, Arab, and immigrant families.
