We are so glad to share a new update from Haifa:
our Humanitarian Aid Center is now moving through the final stages of construction before opening its doors. As you can see in the photos, the major structural work has already been completed — the new ceiling is installed, electrical lines are in place, and the interior is prepared for the last round of finishing.
Yes, the space is still dusty, and there are cables, ladders, and tools everywhere — but this is exactly what the final stretch of a renovation looks like. This is the moment right before the transformation becomes visible. Very soon, floors will be laid, walls will be completed, and we will begin installing the shelving, equipment, and supplies that will turn this empty shell into a place of warmth and help for many families.
This center is almost ready to come alive, and we can already imagine the scenes that will soon fill this room:
- Children receiving clothing and encouragement.
- Parents finding humanitarian aid support during difficult days.
- Elderly neighbors being treated with dignity and care.
- Jews and Arabs alike walking through these doors and experiencing God’s love in a very real way.
As we approach the final steps, we ask for your prayers:
- Pray that the last construction details will go smoothly and quickly.
- Pray for provision and strength for the workers and our team.
- Pray that this center will become a true lighthouse for Haifa — a place where light breaks into hardship, where hearts soften, and where peace enters homes through practical love.
- Pray for the many families who will soon rely on this place for help, comfort, and hope.
