This week, we come to you with a prayer request and a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness.
Nirdeen, Pastor Saleem’s daughter, recently experienced a painful and unexpected trial. While at work, a heavy door suddenly slammed on her hand, causing serious fractures. The impact was severe, leaving her in intense pain.
After contacting the doctor, it was clear that she needed immediate medical attention. Pastor Saleem and his wife Nisreen took Nirdeen to the Emergency Room in Nazareth, where doctors confirmed multiple fractures and a high risk of infection. To prevent complications, she underwent three days of intravenous antibiotic treatment. Now, she is at home, resting and recovering, but she has a long healing journey ahead.
As a church family, we stand together in faith, believing for her full recovery.
We ask you to pray fervently for complete healing, for the bones to mend properly, and for God’s peace to fill her heart and strengthen her body. Let’s also pray for Pastor Saleem and his family during this time—that they may feel the Lord’s presence, comfort, and strength.
This situation is a reminder of how the enemy constantly tries to attack God’s people. Whether through physical harm, discouragement, or unexpected hardships, his goal is always to bring fear and doubt into our hearts. But we serve a mighty and faithful God who turns every attack into a testimony of His power and protection! Though this situation was painful and difficult, we thank God that it was not worse. His hand has been over Nirdeen from the very start, and we trust that He will bring her through this completely.
Paul reminds us in Corinthians:
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
2 Corinthians 4:8-9
No matter how fierce the attack, the enemy will never have victory over those who belong to Jesus! The Lord is our shield, our healer, and our protector. What the enemy meant for harm, God will turn for good.
So, let us come together as the body of Christ, lifting Nirdeen up in prayer and believing for her complete healing. Let’s also pray for one another, that God’s protection and strength will be upon our entire church family.
