This month marks a special moment for our family and church community — our daughter Nirdeen is beginning a brand-new chapter in her life and faith journey. She has officially started her studies at Tel Aviv University, where she will be pursuing a degree in Business Management over the next four years.
We are so proud of her for stepping into this exciting new season with courage and faith. Yet as parents — and as believers — we know this transition also comes with challenges. Tel Aviv is one of the most vibrant and competitive cities in Israel, and the university is known for its high academic standards and intense environment. The demands on students are great, and the financial costs of living and studying in Tel Aviv are significant.
For that reason, we are asking you, our dear friends and partners, to join us in prayer for Nirdeen — for her protection, provision, and peace during this important time. She will be living in a dorm on campus, surrounded by students from many different walks of life. We are praying that God’s presence will go before her — that He will guard her from every temptation of the world, keep her heart steadfast in His Word, and make her a light for Jesus wherever she goes.
We believe that this season will not only shape Nirdeen’s future career but also her calling. Just as Daniel and Esther stood faithfully in the midst of great cities and influences, we trust that God will strengthen her to stand firm and shine His light boldly in the midst of Tel Aviv.
