At Home of Jesus the King Church, we believe with all our hearts that the love of Jesus has the power to break down walls, bring healing, and unite people from every background. Week after week, we are witnessing that truth come to life here in Israel, as we reach out to both Jewish and Arab communities in compassion and unity. This is the heart of our ministry: to build bridges in a land often divided—bridges built not on politics or ideology, but on the solid rock of Jesus Christ.
Even in times of war and uncertainty, we have not stopped. In fact, we believe this is when the light of the Gospel must shine the brightest.
While many organizations were forced to slow down or step back during the recent wave of violence, our team made the decision to move forward in faith. With God’s help and your faithful support, we continued delivering food packages, offering emotional and spiritual support, and serving the most vulnerable—those without families, resources, or hope.
One of those precious lives we were able to bless is Oksana, a Jewish immigrant from Ukraine. Making aliyah (immigrating to Israel) is a courageous but often overwhelming step. New immigrants like Oksana face countless challenges: a new language, unfamiliar customs, bureaucratic hurdles, financial strain, and the deep emotional weight of leaving behind everything familiar. Just as she was beginning to adjust to her new life, the war broke out—amplifying the sense of fear and instability.
When Oksana came to one of our humanitarian aid distributions, she was not expecting much. But what she found was a warm, welcoming atmosphere where she wasn’t treated like a number, but like a person—seen, loved, and valued. She received food and essential items, yes, but more importantly, she received kindness, encouragement, and prayer. She was deeply touched by the care shown to her.
It’s hard to put into words how powerful that moment was—not just for Oksana, but for our team as well. Because in her gratitude, we saw a glimpse of the fruit of this ministry. And we saw you—our faithful partners—reflected in every act of kindness we were able to show. Your generosity made that encounter possible. Your prayers helped carry the love of Jesus straight into the heart of someone who desperately needed it.
This is the impact of standing together in the Kingdom.
When we unite in obedience to God’s call, He uses us to bring hope where there was despair, peace where there was fear, and love where there was loneliness.
So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for giving. Thank you for praying. Thank you for believing in what God is doing here in Israel through Home of Jesus the King Church. We ask you to continue walking with us, to keep covering our work in prayer, and to remember precious people like Oksana in your intercession.
