This past week, our church community had the privilege of visiting the Holy Families Hospital in Nazareth. It was a heartwarming opportunity to spread Christmas cheer, share God’s love, and bring hope to those in need during this festive season.
Our visit focused on the children’s ward and the dialysis department, areas where patients are often in critical and challenging conditions. Sister Vivian, who oversees the hospital, received us warmly and spent time expressing her gratitude for our efforts. Her kindness and encouragement reminded us of the importance of being the hands and feet of Christ in our community.
We came bearing Christmas gifts—carefully prepared gift packs filled with blankets, chocolates, and toys.
These small tokens were our way of bringing comfort and joy to the patients. As we handed out the gifts, we sang carols, prayed with the patients and their families, and shared the uplifting message of God’s Word. The joy on their faces and their heartfelt thanks were a testament to the power of love and compassion.
Many of these patients are facing high-risk and life-altering conditions. Yet, even in their pain, they were deeply moved by the care and attention they received. One parent tearfully shared how much it meant to have visitors bring hope and encouragement to their child during such a difficult time.
We are deeply grateful to our partners and supporters who made this outreach possible.
Your prayers, contributions, and dedication have enabled us to be a light in the lives of those who need it most. Together, we are demonstrating the true meaning of Christmas: God’s love manifested through acts of kindness and service.
