Since Israel’s war against Iran began, life here in northern Israel has been shaken. The skies over Nazareth, Nof HaGalil, and Haifa have seen missiles and drones streak overhead. Sirens blare. Explosions echo. Fear has crept into homes across our cities—Arab, Jewish, and Muslim alike.
Here in Nazareth, the hometown of our Savior, and the surrounding cities, we are watching families struggle like never before. Holocaust survivors, refugees, single-parent households, and others already living on the margins are now in a battle just to survive. Many are afraid to leave their homes, some unable to go out, and others simply unwilling to risk it.
But in this darkness, we carry the light of Christ.
“The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?”
Psalm 27:1
Our team at Home of Jesus the King Church is on the ground, actively reaching out to those in desperate need. With your help, we are delivering food, hygiene kits, and emergency supplies to people’s homes—but more than that, we are bringing prayer, hope, and the love of Jesus to every doorstep we visit.
We lay hands on trembling shoulders. We pray with the sick. We weep with the broken. We are standing in the gap—and now, we’re asking you to stand with us.
