At Home of Jesus the King Church, we are witnessing an inspiring move of God as our humanitarian distribution center increasingly becomes a place of connection and unity. Recently, more Jewish families have come through our doors to receive aid, most of them new immigrants and refugees who have found their new home in Nof HaGalil, a neighboring town to Nazareth. It is our privilege to serve them, and we’re filled with gratitude to see our mission of love and unity coming to life in such a powerful way.
Through simple acts of kindness, meeting basic needs, and sharing the love of Jesus, we’re seeing bridges of friendship and reconciliation being built between our Christian Arab community and the Jewish communities nearby. Our efforts to build these bridges have also led to positive relationships with local leaders and municipalities, who recognize the impact of this ministry and the good it is bringing to their people.
These relationships are bearing fruit in beautiful ways. Smiles and gratitude fill the room as people from different backgrounds, once strangers, find common ground and hope in acts of compassion at our humanitarian aid center. The impact is so deep that some recipients are now asking if they can volunteer with us—a powerful sign of the unity God is bringing about.
It’s amazing to see God’s vision for reconciliation and friendship unfolding before our eyes. Every act of service is a seed planted, and we’re grateful to our partners for making this possible. Your support is the reason we can be the hands and feet of Jesus here in Israel, creating bonds of peace and kindness between communities.
