As we enter this beautiful season of celebrating and remembering the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, I want to share with you one of the most joyful projects we do each year — our Christmas Parade Outreach here in Nazareth. Every December, the streets of Nazareth are filled with music, color, and thousands of families who come together to celebrate. Children from Nazareth and all across Israel attend the annual parade with their parents, waiting with excitement for this special moment of joy.
For many in Israel, Christmas is something they have only seen in movies or heard about from a distance. The meaning, the joy, the message, the celebration — all of it has largely disappeared from the Land where it began. This is why our parade outreach is so close to my heart. It is a chance to bring back the light, beauty, and warmth of Christmas to the people of Israel in a simple, loving, and joyful way.
This year, we are preparing 4,000 Christmas Gift Boxes to bless these precious children. Each box contains a toy, sweets, and a simple message that reflects the true heart of Christmas to these families: Jesus is the Reason for the Season!
Prepared With Love for Every Child
In the weeks before the parade, our humanitarian aid center becomes a joyful workshop. Volunteers from our church family come each day to help pack the gifts, pray for the families who will receive them, and prepare everything with love.
Many of the children who will receive these boxes come from families facing a difficult season. For them, this simple gift becomes a moment of happiness — a reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
A Gift of Joy for Only $9
Each Christmas Gift Box costs $9, but the joy it brings is priceless. Your support helps us bless children who will be celebrating the parade in the streets of Nazareth together with their parents.
Through these gifts, we want to share the joy and meaning of Christmas — a season of kindness, generosity, and hope for every family.
And in doing so, we help bring back the beauty of Christmas to Israel — not as a commercial holiday, but as a season of light, peace, and goodwill, and above all, the birth of our Savior and Lord.
Our Biggest Outreach of the Year
The Christmas Parade is our largest and most expensive project. This year’s total cost is $64,000, and we are trusting the Lord to provide through dear friends like you.
