We had the wonderful privilege of attending a special ceremony hosted by the Nof HaGalil municipality, where we gathered to honor and celebrate their dedicated police force. This invitation was extended to us, Home of Jesus the King Church, as a sign of the strong friendship we’ve built with the community over the years, especially through our efforts to help the poor in Nof HaGalil.
At the event, we were thrilled to bless 150 policemen and women with sports backpacks—something that will really come in handy given their active and demanding jobs. These backpacks were just a small way to show our deep appreciation for everything they do to keep Nof HaGalil safe and peaceful.
It was a true blessing to meet so many of these brave men and women in person. I had the chance to share words of gratitude and encouragement with them on behalf of our church and our Christian partners from around the world. I also had the honor of spending some time with the mayor, deputy mayor, and the captain of the police force, all of whom were incredibly grateful for our support.
When I had the chance to speak to everyone gathered there—Orthodox Jews, Muslims, Arabs, and Christians alike—I spoke from the heart about the importance of building bridges between our communities and working together toward peace. Unity is my dream for Israel, and I was humbled to share that vision with those present.
In light of the ongoing war and the heartbreaking situation with hostages, I felt it was important to talk about our humanitarian efforts through our center, where we work tirelessly to help Jews and Arabs in need. This work is not just something we do—it’s a reflection of the love of Jesus that drives us.
I also shared about my faith in Yeshua and why we do what we do at Home of Jesus the King Church. It was a moment of deep connection and shared hope, reminding us all of the power of unity, love, and faith, especially in these challenging times.
As we move forward, we continue to pray for peace and for the safety of everyone in this land. May our efforts, small as they may be, contribute to a brighter, more unified, and peaceful Israel.
