The Christmas season is upon us, and here at Home of Jesus the King Church in Nazareth, we are working tirelessly to prepare care packages that will bring joy and hope to families in need. Our goal is to bless as many families as possible—both Arab and Jewish—with humanitarian aid and gifts, sharing the love of Jesus in a practical, life-changing way, and proclaiming that Jesus is the “Reason for the Season.”
This project is about more than just giving gifts. It’s about proclaiming that Jesus is the Reason for the Season and building bridges of friendship and reconciliation between Arab and Jewish communities in Israel. Through acts of kindness, we are demonstrating the unity and peace that come through the love of Christ.
As we approach Giving Tuesday, a special day of generosity in the United States, we invite you to join us in making this Christmas a time of transformation for many. Here’s how you can help:
- Sponsor Christmas Gift Sets for Children: For just $10 each, you can provide one or more of the 4,000 Christmas gift packs we’ll distribute at the Nazareth Christmas Day Parade and to children in special-needs schools.
- Bless the Elderly with Winter Blankets and Treats: For $15 each, you can give an elderly person a warm blanket and a chocolate set, bringing comfort and joy during the cold months.
- Donate Coloring Book and Pencil Sets: For $10 each, these sets will go to children from needy families, spreading creativity and joy this Christmas.
