At Home of Jesus the King Church, we are deeply committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus—not just in Israel, but across the Middle East.
Today, we are honored to share with you a powerful new outreach that is touching lives beyond our borders: a humanitarian mission from Israel to Syria, carried out in collaboration with Israeli organizations connected to the IDF.
You may not hear about it on the news, but right now, there are Christian and Syrian Druze families in Syria living in extremely difficult conditions. After more than a decade of brutal civil war, these communities are still suffering from the devastation of poverty, displacement, and destruction. Many have lost their homes. Others are struggling without proper food, clothing, or medical care. In the midst of such darkness, God has opened a door—for us, Arab Israeli believers, together with Jewish Israeli partners, to bring light into Syria.
With the help of our partners, we have begun sending food packages, clothes, and shoes to those in desperate need. This mission is both miraculous and prophetic. Who would have imagined just a few years ago that aid would flow from Israel—so often misunderstood and misrepresented in the media—into Syria, a nation long seen as its enemy?
This is not just humanitarian work. This is the Gospel in action.
It is the love of Jesus reaching across borders, crossing religious and ethnic lines, and proving that Israel is not a country of war, but a country with a heart for peace and restoration. While the world media often hides the good that is coming out of Israel, we are witnessing it firsthand—Jews and Arabs working side by side, showing compassion to their neighbors, and changing hearts one life at a time.
Our desire as a church is to be a vessel of God’s blessing—to show the people of Syria that they are not forgotten, and that there is a God who sees them, loves them, and is sending help through unlikely people from an unlikely place.
