God’s Hand at Work: Bringing Hope and Healing to Israeli Families in Crisis

We wanted to take a moment to share some wonderful news about what God is doing through our church in Israel, especially in these difficult times. As you know, the situation near the Israel-Lebanon border has been tense, with many families living under constant threat. But amid the chaos, we’re seeing God’s hand at work in amazing ways!

We’ve been rolling up our sleeves and getting to work, providing essential supplies to Israeli families who are really feeling the heat of this conflict. We’re talking about the basics—things that many of us might take for granted but are absolutely vital for those in the thick of it. Toiletries, food boxes, clothing, towels, blankets, diapers—you name it, we’re doing our best to get it to those who need it most. We’ve even been handing out day-to-day items like kettles and other useful household products. It’s all about bringing a little comfort and dignity to those who are hurting.

When we first reached out to the municipality of Kiryat Shmona, we could sense some hesitation. It’s understandable—trust takes time to build. But wow, what a transformation we’ve seen! Now, when they come to pick up the goods, it’s like a family reunion. There’s so much warmth and mutual respect; it’s a beautiful thing to witness. They’re genuinely happy to see us, and the feeling is mutual. This growing bond is a powerful reminder that God is at work, breaking down barriers and bringing people together in His love.

But our mission doesn’t stop at providing physical needs. We’re also deeply committed to fostering peace and understanding between Jews and Arabs in Israel. In a region where division often seems like the norm, we’re seeing glimpses of unity and reconciliation. It’s not always easy, but it’s so worth it. Every time we extend a hand in friendship, we’re building bridges that can lead to lasting peace.

None of this would be possible without your prayers, your generosity, and your unwavering support. We’re so grateful for each one of you who has partnered with us in this mission. But there’s still so much more to do. As we continue to bless Israeli families under fire, help displaced families, and support those on the frontlines, we humbly ask for your continued involvement. Together, we can be a beacon of hope and love in a world that desperately needs both.

Thank you for standing with us and for standing with Israel. Let’s keep pressing on, united in our faith and our commitment to being the hands and feet of Jesus in this world.
