We Are Still Here” — A Message from Nazareth
When the alarms sound, families rush to reinforced rooms or public shelters. In our own home, we do not have a shelter. When the sirens begin, we stand between the walls and pray for God’s protection. In those moments, you feel how fragile life can be — and how faithful God is.
There are nights without proper rest. There are moments when fear tries to settle in. The situation is serious and affects not only Israel but the wider region. Still, even under sirens, we continue.
Our humanitarian aid center remains open. While rockets fall, we are distributing food packages and hygiene products to families in need. We are working closely with the municipality to support those staying in public shelters, especially in Nof HaGalil, where many new refugees have arrived seeking safety.
Many left their homes quickly and came with almost nothing. Some are sleeping directly on concrete floors. When I walk into these shelters and see children and elderly people lying on the ground, my heart is deeply moved. War already takes so much — security, routine, peace of mind. We cannot allow it to take their dignity as well.
As followers of Yeshua, this is the moment to show His love in practical, visible ways. We serve both Arab and Jewish communities. We are bridge builders. In a time when tension could easily divide, we choose reconciliation. We choose compassion. We choose to stand for the peace of Yeshua.
It is not easy. But we are here, and by God’s grace, we will continue to do our best.

Wartime Relief: Bringing Comfort and Dignity in a Difficult Hour
Because of the escalation, the needs around us have grown quickly.
In Nof HaGalil and nearby areas, newly arrived Jewish immigrants, refugees, and families in need are staying in public shelters without adequate sleeping supplies. Families are lying directly on the floor. To respond to this urgent situation, we need:
- 500–1,000 mattresses — $53 USD each
- 500–1,000 blankets — $14 USD each
These are not luxuries — they are simple necessities. A mattress lifts a child off a cold, hard surface. A blanket brings warmth and comfort in crowded spaces. Something as basic as proper bedding can restore a sense of care and dignity in the middle of chaos.
We are also preparing comfort sets for families living under constant rocket threat. Each set includes packs of sugar, tea, black coffee, instant coffee, disposable cups, plastic spoons, and an electric kettle. The cost per complete set is $55 USD.
You may wonder why such items matter. But when families are sheltering together for long hours, a simple hot drink can calm anxious hearts. It can help a mother steady herself. It can give an elderly person comfort. It can offer a small, familiar moment to a frightened child. In wartime, even small acts of kindness carry great weight.
Through these practical expressions of care, we are showing the love and peace of Yeshua in ways that people can feel and experience.
