During the recent war with Iran, many cities across Israel found themselves under fire. Sirens wailed, rockets fell, and families—both Arab and Jewish—were forced to run for shelter. In the city of Nof HaGalil, just next to our hometown of Nazareth, the situation was especially difficult. Residents packed into public bomb shelters with no ventilation, no air conditioning, and no comfort—just fear and uncertainty.
But thanks to your generous support, we were able to respond.
At Home of Jesus the King Church, we launched an emergency outreach to bless the people of Nof HaGalil in their time of need. We delivered hundreds of electric fans, food boxes, and mattresses to dozens of shelters throughout the city—bringing practical relief and a powerful message: you are not alone.
I stood recently with Erez, the head of security of Nof HaGalil, and his words moved me deeply. “During the war,” he said, “people were stuck in shelters with no airflow and no options. Your donations brought comfort. These fans made a huge difference. What you’ve done is unforgettable.”
And more than that—we’ve become family.
This isn’t just another outreach. It’s something God is building—a living bridge between Arab and Jewish Israelis, built on love, trust, and unity in action. As Erez said so well, “You won’t see this in the media. No one’s interested in showing Arabs helping Jews, and Jews helping Arabs. But this is what’s really happening.”
In one shelter, he shared, Jews and Arabs were sitting together—young and old, side by side, supporting one another through fear and chaos. That image, to me, is the Kingdom of God in motion.
At Home of Jesus the King Church, this is the heartbeat of our ministry. We’re committed to reconciliation and compassion—not just in words, but in real, practical ways that touch lives. Especially in times of crisis, our calling is to be the hands and feet of Yeshua, serving everyone in need, regardless of their background.
And so today, I want to say thank you—and invite you to continue standing with us.
This recent war reminded us how quickly everything can change. But it also reminded us how powerful love can be. When we show up with fans and food, when we look someone in the eye and say “you matter,” we open the door for healing and hope.
