As the season of joy approaches, our hearts at Home of Jesus the King Church are overflowing with anticipation. Once again, we have the precious opportunity to shine the light of Yeshua from the very town where He was raised — Nazareth — and to share His message of hope, love, and salvation with those who long to experience the true meaning of Christmas.
For us, Christmas is not simply a holiday; it is a divine appointment — a time when heaven and earth meet, and the story of redemption is told anew through simple acts of kindness and faith. Every year, this sacred season opens new doors for us to reach the people of our land — children, parents, and entire families who are searching for peace, belonging, and the love of God.
Over the past few weeks, our ministry team and volunteers have been hard at work preparing for our upcoming Christmas and Hanukkah outreaches. The church has become a joyful workshop filled with music, laughter, and the rustling of wrapping paper as boxes are packed with toys, sweets, and messages about the greatest gift of all — Jesus Himself.
Each package represents far more than a material blessing.
Every gift, whether it’s a toy for a child, a box of food for a family, or a Hanukkah surprise for our Jewish neighbors, carries a message of eternal truth — that God has not forgotten you, and His love still shines in this land.
Christmas Parade Gift Boxes
The Nazareth Christmas Parade is one of the most joyful events of the year. Streets fill with laughter, music, and the wonder of children gathering from both Arab and Jewish families. This year, our team will hand out 4,000 gift boxes, each one filled with a toy, sweets, and a message about the greatest gift of all — the Messiah Himself. Each box costs just $9, yet it carries something priceless: joy, dignity, and a reminder that God sees and loves every child.
Your gift — whether one box or many — becomes a moment of joy that God can use to touch a young heart.
Christmas Food Boxes
While children celebrate, many parents quietly wonder how they’ll feed their families this season. Through our Christmas Food Boxes, we want to change that. Each box costs $50 and provides all the essentials for a family to enjoy a festive meal together. But it’s more than food — it’s a message of compassion that says, You’re not alone. God cares for you.
Every box given is a seed of love that God can use to restore hope and dignity to a home.
Hanukkah Gifts for Israeli Children
Hanukkah — the Festival of Lights — celebrates God’s faithfulness and the miracle of light that never went out. This year, we’ll bless 500 children across Nazareth, Haifa, and the Galilee with small but meaningful gifts. Each Hanukkah gift costs just $5.50, yet shines brightly as a symbol of hope and unity between Jewish, Arab, and immigrant families.
Every small gift is a light in someone’s darkness — a spark that says, You are loved. You are seen. You matter to God.
