I wanted to share something special with you that happened recently. I had the opportunity to do a radio interview with Radio Radicale in Italy—a really meaningful chance to speak about the truth of what’s happening here in Israel, and to share the heart of our ministry with listeners across the country.
During the interview (click here to listen), we talked about the situation in Israel after October 7th—about the pain, the fear, and the deep impact on both Jewish and Arab families. I shared how so many people have been displaced, how lives have been shaken—but also how in the middle of all this, we are seeing God move in powerful ways.
I spoke about the work we’re doing at Home of Jesus the King Church—bringing aid to families in need, both Arabs and Jews, and doing everything we can to be the hands and feet of Yeshua. It was such a blessing to talk about how we’re shining His light here in the land, in practical ways and in spiritual ways too.
One of the things I shared that really connected with the listeners was this: as Arab Christians, we are like the slice of cheese between two pieces of bread—Muslim Arabs on one side, and Jewish people on the other. And when you toast a sandwich, what happens? The cheese melts and brings everything together! That’s what we feel called to do—to bring reconciliation, healing, and unity between these two sides, through the love of Jesus.
This was a real God-given moment to speak the Biblical truth about Israel, and I pray that the message touched hearts in Italy. Please keep praying that the seeds planted through this interview will grow and bear fruit—and that God will continue to use our church to build bridges and bring hope in this land.
