Here at Home of Jesus the King Church our humanitarian projects form a very strategic and important platform in demonstrating and sharing the love of Jesus with the people of Israel. It has been said that people don’t care how much you know, until they see how much you care. Nowhere is this more evident than in Israel, as internal conflict has created many rifts in Israeli society over the years, and at no time has it been more evident than now during time of war.

Over the years our projects geared towards blessing Muslim, Jews, and traditional Christians in Israel have served to build bridges of love and understanding, as well as to sow the Gospel of Jesus into the lives of people. The language of love that we speak through our projects is universal and understandable by all, and this love that we represent is the love of the one, true Lord of all—Jesus Christ.

Our focus for this month is to be a blessing during some of the most important religious feasts to the people of Israel. For the Jews it is Passover, for the Muslims it is Ramadan, and for Christians it is Easter. We will be providing more than 600 food boxes to needy families from among the Jewish, Muslim, and traditional Christian communities in our area, and sharing the unconditional love of the Messiah of Israel and the message of salvation, as it is God desire for all of mankind to be saved. “He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” – 2 Peter 3:9

Every one of these food boxes that we will be providing will contain more than 20 different food products, as well as other essentials ingredients specific to the holidays. Each of these boxes will cost us $40 to put together, and we would love for you to join us in this worthy endeavor. For just $40 you can shine the love of Jesus into the lives of Jews, Arabs, and traditional Christians in Nazareth, and our neighboring towns of Nof HaGalil, Krayot, and Haifa.
