Sometimes the simplest words can carry the greatest truth. As one of our dear friends recently said in Hebrew while visiting our ministry center, “Anachnu Mispacha Achat” – “We are one family.” That phrase has been echoing in our hearts ever since.
This friend—Amir—came to receive help from Home of Jesus the King Church during a difficult time. Like many others, Amir is struggling to make ends meet as the economic situation in Israel continues to grow more challenging. But thanks to your generous support, we’ve been able to provide him and his family with both practical assistance and spiritual encouragement.
In a short interview at our ministry center, Amir openly shared how deeply grateful he is for the help he’s received. “There’s no doubt,” he said. “This support really helps. The situation in the country is tough, and what you’re doing is like first aid for people in need like us.”
But it wasn’t just the food parcels or the humanitarian support that touched him—it was the love behind it. When asked how he felt as an Arab meeting and connecting with Jews at our humanitarian aid center, and if it was challenging, his answer came from the heart:
“On the contrary—it’s a good thing. I feel like we are one family. What happens to them, happens to me. What comes upon them, also comes upon me. No doubt—we’re family.”
This is exactly what Home of Jesus the King Church stands for.

Amir is just one example. There are many more.
