As we close this festive season, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible blessings we witnessed through your generous support. This past week, Home of Jesus the King Church had the wonderful opportunity to bring joy and hope to Ukrainian and Russian refugees in the neighboring Jewish town of Nof HaGalil. Together, we celebrated the love of God through practical acts of kindness that bridged cultural and spiritual divides.
Through this outreach, we distributed food boxes and special gift packs containing blankets, chocolate, and toys for the children. It was heartwarming to see Jewish families, including their precious little ones, join us in celebrating both Hanukkah and Christmas. These moments of shared celebration underscored the beauty of unity and the power of love.
One of the most profound lessons we took away is how deeply connections with families are strengthened when we bless their children. Through this project, we were able to provide gift packs to over 200 children and food boxes to their parents.
The joy and gratitude we witnessed were overwhelming.
When we blessed the kids, their families’ happiness and openness to hearing our message were truly remarkable.
A particularly moving testimony came from a Ukrainian Jewish woman who shared her heartfelt thanks:
“I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your church for the unconditional love and the precious generosity. It’s not taken for granted, but we saw the love of God from Arab Israelis to Jewish Israelis.”
Her words reflect the essence of our mission—to shine the love of Jesus not only through our words but through actions that demonstrate our faith. As Arab believers, we are honored to share this love with our Jewish neighbors, showing that unity in Christ transcends barriers.
